Good weekend

YIPPEE!!!
I just gt my very FIRST manicure today!!



Yes, after 21 years i went to get my nails done ''properly''. It was just $10 for express, so me and Amy thought why not. Yup, and i totally adore my pink nails.. WHEEEE.. OK, before i get too bimbo rambling about my nails i just wanna announce that.. .. I DON'T HAVE TO WORK ON MONDAY!! I hope you are envious. Do you know what it feels like to not have to work on Mondays? Mondays are the worst nightmare in a working week. Amy and i will be heading down to JB for movies and mm.. maybe some sinful seafood.

Anyway i just watched 2 movies today. Watched Cyborg She with Weiwen and Shirlene Lim, followed by dinner at Long John and then 4BIA with Amy.


Both shows are pretty OK, not excellent.. but not too bad. But but.. 4BIA is pretty scary, think it's because it is about 4 different stories, so you kind of get scare 4 freaking times. When it was the last story, i really wanted to just leave the cinema halfway thru the show. It was that scary. Irritatingly scary. But well, it wasn't very well done, cos i could expect what was gonna happen in many parts of the show. Which is bad bad bad. They tried to have some twist here and there, but i guess it just didn't work well and appear rather not original at all. Especially the story about that 4 guys in the jungle who thought one of their friend was dead but it was actually all of them who are dead. They kept mentioning about the movie - 'The Others' of how Nicole Kidman thought she was being haunted by ghosts but in fact she was the ghost haunting others. So in this movie the 3 boys kept thinking that their friend was haunting them, but the badly-attempted twist was that all 4 of them were already dead and are just merely ghost too. Lame ending, the least scary among all 4 stories.

Well, but i should say it is indeed a good bargain for people who are looking to scare themselves. 4 stories in one movie, you're bound to enjoy a good time of being scare over and over again.
